Warranty Policy

We provide 2 years of limited warranty and it covers defects in material or workmanship from the date of purchase. A sales receipt must be included to show your product was purchased within the warranty period.

This warranty is void if the leather product has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized repair, or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship, or if a valid receipt is not included.

Returns/Exchange Policy

All of our products go through a strict quality check prior to dispatch and are confident in what we are packing before we send.

Leather is a natural material and as such variations in colour, texture, grain, marks and creases are part of its unique characteristic and leather would soften over time.

If however you have any issues with your purchase we will be happy to look at the issue and repair or replace the product for you, provided the original product is in as -new condition. Customers would need to cover the postage charges.
